We are a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity devoted to helping those who cannot help themselves.

We aid pets and their present or future families in each of our projects.

The Second Chance Dogs Project saves dogs from shelters that have behavior issues and would not have any other chance at life if not for us.

The Louisa Project rescues dogs from the Louisa County Animal Shelter.

The Piedmont Pet Pantry project provides temporary assistance to those companion animal guardians who need help feeding their domesticated dogs and cats.

There are plenty of dogs and families who need help.
